love, again

love
is a lot like life—
and
living gets hard
and
i’ve got all of this
emotion like
the lights
in galaxies
and
in stars
and
this attraction
not only passion 
it’s far deeper
than skin
and
in my mind
im feeling
weakness
so
im keepin it in
but
some days
i breathe it
just
as sure
as the sky is above —
at times i feel
i can’t cope
but still
i’ve got hope
for the feeling of
                     love.

I suppose that ultimately, what i seek is authenticity. generally. In everyone, and in everything. authenticity. nothing matters more, to me.
